Refund and Return Policy
1. Overview
This Refund and Return Policy governs purchases made through KOFI-operated sales channels and explains the procedures, conditions, and responsibilities relating to refunds, returns, cancellations, and customer claims.

KOFI LLC acts as the primary customer-facing entity and is responsible for evaluating and processing refund requests.

2. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled and refunded in full if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or dispatched.
Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible and the customer may instead be required to follow the return process described below.
3. Returns
Customers may request a return if:

To initiate a return request, customers must contact KOFI LLC within 14 days of receiving the order and provide sufficient information regarding the issue, including photographs when applicable.
Products must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging whenever reasonably possible.
KOFI LLC reserves the right to deny return requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
4. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of food and beverage products, certain products may not be eligible for return once delivered, including but not limited to:

Products that have been consumed or partially consumed.

Products that have been altered after delivery.

Products returned without prior authorization.
Nothing in this section limits any rights granted to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, KOFI LLC may, at its sole discretion:

Replace the product.

Issue a partial refund.

Provide store credit.

Offer another reasonable resolution.
Customers must notify KOFI LLC as soon as reasonably possible and provide supporting evidence of the issue.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed by KOFI LLC using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, banking institution, and payment method used by the customer. While refunds are typically issued promptly after approval, customers should allow a reasonable period for funds to appear in their account.
Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and similar charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the refund results from an error attributable to KOFI LLC.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact KOFI LLC directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their payment provider.
KOFI LLC reserves the right to provide documentation relating to the transaction, order fulfillment, shipment tracking, customer communications, and applicable policies in response to any chargeback or payment dispute.
8. Limitation of Liability
KOFI LLC shall not be liable for delays, delivery failures, customs delays, import restrictions, force majeure events, carrier-related issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Refund eligibility shall be determined based on the facts of each case, applicable laws, and the provisions of this policy.
