This Shipping, Fulfillment and Order Management Policy explains the respective roles of KOFI LLC and KOFI SL in relation to customer acquisition, order processing, payment collection, logistics coordination, and product fulfillment.
KOFI LLC, a company incorporated in the United States with registered address at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA (EIN: 42-2947965), is responsible for the commercial and operational management of customer transactions, including marketing activities, customer acquisition, advertising, website management, order administration, payment processing, customer communications, logistics planning, and overall supply chain coordination.
KOFI SL, a company incorporated in the Principality of Andorra with registered address at Avinguda Doctor Mitjavila 45, AD500 Andorra la Vella, Andorra (NRT: L-722276-U), acts as the fulfillment and operational partner for shipments originating from Andorra and for customers located within Andorra.
2. Order Processing
All orders placed through KOFI-operated sales channels are managed by KOFI LLC. This includes:

For orders delivered within Andorra, KOFI SL is responsible for:

Orders Delivered Outside Andorra
For orders delivered outside Andorra, KOFI LLC is responsible for the fulfillment, logistics coordination, inventory allocation, shipping management, carrier selection, and international distribution of products, either directly or through authorized third-party logistics providers and fulfillment partners.
KOFI LLC may utilize inventory held in different jurisdictions and may ship products from warehouses, fulfillment centers, roasting facilities, or logistics partners located outside Andorra when necessary to optimize delivery times, customer service, and operational efficiency.
4. Shipping Responsibility
KOFI LLC acts as the primary entity responsible for the overall customer purchasing experience, including order management, payment collection, customer support, logistics coordination, shipment tracking, and delivery communications.
For shipments within Andorra, the physical preparation and dispatch of products are performed by KOFI SL.
For shipments outside Andorra, KOFI LLC directly manages and coordinates fulfillment and shipping operations, either through its own resources or through contracted logistics and fulfillment providers.
5. Payment Collection
All customer payments are collected, processed, administered, and managed by KOFI LLC or its authorized payment service providers. KOFI LLC acts as the merchant responsible for customer billing, payment administration, and transaction management.
6. Customer Support
All customer inquiries relating to orders, payments, shipments, returns, refunds, delivery issues, or other support matters should be directed to KOFI LLC, which serves as the primary customer-facing entity and coordinates with KOFI SL or other fulfillment partners when necessary.
7. Changes to this Policy
KOFI LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping, Fulfillment and Order Management Policy at any time to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, or business changes. Any modifications will become effective upon publication through official KOFI communication channels.
